This one reclines, does not have anything on the arm rest for him to pull off, installs easily. It is a pretty big seat so if you plan to move it from car to car it might not be great for that. The cup holder is pretty sweet, it pulls out so he can reach it but can be pushed in to leave room for the middle seat. The side holders are too far under the seat to be useful for him but the still could hold stuff. The harness strap is amazing. No more undoing the strap and rethreading it to raise the height! Just pull a bar and the whole pillow and straps move up and down. I also love the padding on the shoulder straps, that is hard to find and they protect the neck if in an accident and also serve as extra neck support if my daughter falls asleep. Very easy to adjust. A tad tedious to take apart to wash, but not bad- at least it can be washed! Also the recline feature is nice and very easy to use. Great product at a great price compared to competition. I am not a fan of the recline, it moves the seatbelt and forces the base to move when the seatbelt is tight like it should be. You have to set the seat as you will use it and leave it. I expected the recline would work when you wanted/needed. The arm rests are nice and I like that they fold up. The cup holder is a huge pain, I need to now find something else to use, it's down by their feet so I have to reach back everytime the cup needs to be picked up or set down. That is a huge downfall for me and the above issues are the loss of the one star. for the price, it's perfect. |
